Our friendly and professional staff are available at all times to help and support members to reach their optimal best and accomplish their personal goals.

We cater for all ages and fitness levels and offer a wide variety of sporting facilities and services.

The Sports Centre is located in building 18.


If you are seeking to become a member of the Sports Centre, there are several options available to you. These include full centre membership, off peak memberships, M&M Club (over 50’s) membership and deep water running memberships.

Group exercise

The Sports Centre offers group exercise sessions suited to every workout style. There are weekly classes that combine an all-body workout with a friendly, supportive group environment. The group classes currently on offer include:

  • Deep Water Running.
